	Guarantee Policy
	Hotel requires an advance deposit of 50% of total stay to guarantee a room reservation. Deposit required 7 days after booking. Reservations guaranteed to a credit card will be charged the advance deposit amount.

	Cancellation Policy
	Cxl within 14 days of arrival forfeits deposit. Cxls made outside of policy are charged a 25USD fee. Holiday periods have a special policy of 30 Days prior to arrival. Cxl w/i 30 days will forfeit the dep. 25 USD fee outside 30 days.

	Restaurant Information
